a journey to an introverts life.


     Hi everyone! I am Maricar Dela Cruz, 18. You can call me "mari" and Im glad to share to you my story.


                                         

            Back when I was still a kid and sometimes until now, I am aloof with the people around me especially to those I don't know.


   
       I am usually around with my family because I know in myself that I am not a sociable person.
       

Despite of being an introvert, I am proud to say that I have my friends who is always true to me.

As time goes by, I am slowly gaining my confidence and slowly being friendly.


When I reach G11, I found these people who had a special place in my heart. They are the one who Im always with, until now. I am hoping that even if we take different paths, we will make a way to find each other.


And now, I know in myself that I can balance being an introvert and socializing with other people.


Specially now that I know that I have this important person of mine that is willing to be with me all the time.

    I have known her since 8th grade and as time goes by I am slowly knowing the true her. And base on what I know about her, surpassing all of the challenges in life is as easy as a piece of cake for her because time, challenges, problems, and mistakes built her to be a strong woman and that is what matters.

    It's nice being an introvert. It's a good thing you give chance to others on opening up yourself. You just proved that not all introverts are "anti-social", but instead, they're "selectively social". Great blog! :>

    Thank you for sharing this. Being an introvert isn't as bad as it sounds. I think it's the society that's wrong for seeing introverts as anti-socials. Nevertheless, keep on practicing your social skills and I hope you'd make more friends who'd be with you through your journey. Great blog.
